I’m Francis Jaimes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who supports whole-body healing through a compassionate, holistic approach. I specialize in helping children, families, and individuals navigate neurodevelopmental challenges and chronic health concerns by addressing root causes — not just symptoms.

25 Years of Experience

For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities — from the earliest signs of delay in infancy to complex needs in adulthood. I’ve served as a case manager, parent coach, psychotherapist, and evaluator. But most importantly, I’ve stood beside families who just want to understand how to help their child thrive through early support, advocacy, and understanding.

Mission Statement

My mission is to support whole-body healing through a compassionate, holistic approach that addresses root causes — not just symptoms. By bridging developmental expertise with functional wellness tools, I help children, families, and individuals reduce toxic load, restore balance, and optimize health so they can thrive physically, emotionally, and developmentally.

Where My Passion Began

My journey started in college while earning my degree in child development. I worked part-time at Lanterman High School, supporting students with Down syndrome, autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities.

Soon after, I joined Exceptional Children’s Foundation as an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist, where I conducted home visits and coached mothers on how to stimulate their child’s growth through everyday activities. That experience helped me recognize how early delays can be signs of a deeper developmental disability — and how empowering parents with tools can change a child’s entire future.

It was during this time I realized something personal: my own mother had gone undiagnosed her entire life with cerebral palsy and an intellectual developmental delay. Born in rural Mexico, she was the eldest of seven and never received support or education — only receiving a diagnosis at age 57. That realization solidified my lifelong commitment to serving children and adults with developmental delays.

Why Families Work With Me

I combine clinical experience with holistic tools.
I focus on root causes, not just symptom management.
I support both the child and the caregiver.
I meet families where they are — and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Let’s Work Together

Through personalized consultations, hair scan interpretation, and simple but powerful wellness strategies, I help you take the guesswork out of healing. You don’t need to be overwhelmed by information—you just need a plan that meets you where you are.

If you're ready to reduce your total load and optimize your wellness from the inside out, I’d be honored to guide you.
